I give this place absolutely zero stars if I could. I stayed here with an my boyfriend (now ex). Horrible staff (except maybe a small few), disgusting residents. Bed bugs, drugs, alcohol, spiders (brown recluses), and so much other disgusting nasty stuff goes on here. Police, EMS, and Fire were all there at least 5-10× almost daily for some reason or another. I have made a few friends and not everyone is a total drugged out maniac. But 99% of this facility is disgusting and i have gotten sick many times. The food is subpar and almost always expired or it came from a school cafeteria and is probably considered waste product which feeding to someone should he highly illegal. I work in fast food (granted nowhere near working at a homeless shelter but in the capacity where food is involved.... it can be similar) and if we handed a customer waste product we would probably fail everything. I hope this place gets torn down and the people who actually need help get it.

It’s ok if you need a bed, food, water and a shower but the people there are awful. There’s always fights, emergency vehicles show up multiple times a day, they had to put a Narcan machine outside. Don’t bring anything valuable with you because it will get stolen. Once you get there, you’re going to have a a hard time leaving. If you know you know. The case workers and fhe staff are shitty. DO NOT GO!!!

I see through comments though nothing has changed. I even called the mayor's office back then. I know that's Its not essay to run a facility of worlds life problems but as on commenter said the same as I did, and more not go here and the pictures of clean and nice is when first built that to much degree beyond much degree not safe. Even my employment worker use to hated picking me up for my job assignment and dropping me off several times in one week. Well Just have an understanding of who you are if you end up there and if you go to the others you won't be there long either.

First off, I'm greatful for Homeless Shelters. Moving my son around till we could restart his disability, stayed here. Being from another state and visiting. It's really a place that takes in and to me tolerates the worse of the worst. Folks that have no choice due to the economy. The endure quite a bit to meet their needs. Help by setting them up to better themselves. There is just not enough staff to even give them a worker to start the process. Getting my son on a waiting list for housing help, never seen the light of day. Due to staff shortage. Expect peace and quiet, 24/7 noise. Outside does not leave much to desire. Inside is clean. But as I say its a shelter. People come there to use the facilty as a basic flop house when the chips are down.

Filled with bed bugs . Bathrooms horrible. There's people smoking drugs out front and nothing is said about it . Prostitution, drugs etc. The Police, ambulance and fire departments were there 3 to 5 times a day for various things every day for the week I was there thinking maybe I could get some type of help . Nothing. They allow people to be high and or drunk in there . I didn't feel safe .I'd NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, NEVER ....
