My father was coming from another ALF where he was not treated right. Now , He is another person , he has his self esteem up and his health is much better . I want to thank to Jasmine, she is a great leader and has a kind heart, Derrick helped us with the best attitude when we moved our father to EXCELLENCE , the nurses , the staff is great. The place is SUPER CLEAN , beautiful, the food smells and taste so good, we feel at home in there. I am pleased and confident that my father is in the best hands I recommend EXCELLENCE

About Excellence Senior Living If you really care about your family members DO NOT TAKE THEM TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE. Government and Police Department constant visitors at this place. Employees HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS, some no high school to do their job, including administration. Medicine never on time. Food is terrible, not even my dog will eat. Some residents treated by employees with no respect or consideration. They have residents not qualified to be in this place, they should be at Nursing Homes or Mental Institutions, sence they only care about money they take every one in. Some residents rooms dirty and not well taking care off. Even employees taking advantage of the residents. The place is a TOTAL GETTO. Back stage is another story. Memory Care at this place HORRIBLE. Again unqualified employees behavior directed to residents. They had being reported multiple times to the state. If you are looking for cheap, this is your place. You'll be paying for what you get.

Words can not express my gratitude for the professionalism, knowledge, care and kindness that my Dad, Pablo Rodriguez receives on a daily basis at the Excellence Senior Living. The staff is well trained on emergencies and dealing with the elderly. Every one is pleasant and really cares for the comfort and needs of all the residents. As a daughter, I have peace of mind knowing that my dad is adjusting well thanks to this great team and also other residents making him welcomed. In addition, Excellence Senior Living is extremely fortunate to have Jasmine Salcedo , RN and Gustavo Loesch. Thank you so very much

Last year I had given the opportunity to be there for the family events and they look forward to be there. They dance enjoying themselves and their families, and do some shopping with difrent vendors. The staff is awesome checking out how their doing if they need something.

I/we found Excellence senior living facility a little over 2yrs ago. Our discussion was between Excellence & another facility, however Derick Waines the Marketing Director left a valuable impression. We had several family issues going on at the time and I will always be thankful that God put him in our path. Derick, didn't treat us as money he treated us like family. So obviously we choose Excellence. Then came Jasmine Miller the Res. Care Director, she is exceptional, Jasmine I want you to know that you are an integral part of the healthcare team. Without you, Excellence wouldn't survive. Thank you for everything you have done. You and your team have played an essential role in the well-being of our father/uncle. providing a compassionate approach to our father/uncle's treatment, Your bedside manor and the ability to gently handle him has made a significant difference in our lives. The care, compassion, kindness and empathy shown to our family, to our father/uncle's well-being is something we are extremely thankful for. Again, Thank you for making a difference in the lives of your patients, and the family.
