EXCELLENCE BOARD AND CARE LLC

I have been working with the Villa Board and care for the past 10 days. They have been nothing but professional, taking such great care of all my patients. The facility is always so clean, the patients are always well taken care of, I would definitely make it a home for any of my loved ones. David, Isaac and Corrine are all so easy to work with, always answering my calls and are prompt with patient care. Highly recommended

We were really hesitant about hospice because we had used one for our dad and they were not supportive or helpful. This company came referred by a friend and it was night and day. They made sure we were always involved in the plan, provided us all that we needed for supplies and medications, had solutions to all problems, provided so much counseling to my siblings and ALWAYS answered my texts and calls. They were angels! I highly recommend them!

A recently placed family member has been very happy with the care she is receiving. The facility seems recently renovated as well. I was told that the food also has some variety to it , a family run business.

My brother is recieving compassionate care at The Villa in Downey, Ca. The team keeps family abreast of his needs. I value their transparency.

My mother unfortunately took a turn for the worst, and is now in hospice here. David Kim, the owner, works tirelessly around the clock to make my mother comfortable. I owe it to him and this facility. Its very clear he pours his heart and soul into this place.
