EXCELSIOR OMEGA INC

So I am currently residing here due to being in a predicament where I could have been at risk for homelessness, as I came here I was informed by Jackie herself that I was allowed to have my unborn child here as I soon after found out that was a lie. Since I’ve been here I’ve been lied on, Discriminated against, and talked down on as both a person and a young mother of 2 children and one currently on the way, I also was evicted for not being able to give her $650 due to Social security cutting my income from not having insurance and her expecting me to pay for my own groceries and utility and on top of that baby items to prepare for my child, I informed her that I was informed by social security themselves that when my insurance gets approved then they will be able to put my Income back to the normal balance, but apparently that wasn’t good enough. So now I am waiting for these low income apartments to call me back when they have availability. The house is infested with roaches, palmetto bugs, and now rats, my personal items/food were stolen by staff and touched by clients, there were multiple complaints on multiple occasions, yet she acts out of carelessness, every time I discuss a concern I am being yelled at, threatened to call the police on, ignored, or some sort of attitude or side glare. I wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased 100s of dollars of clothes for my son. They all disappeared. Strangely enough the "play clothes" remained. A couple of items sure. but closer to 20 missing name brand pieces of clothes? That's called theft.
