BIA does a great job helping hold down the escalating costs of housing in Hawaii. From working to make sure codes keep people safe without inflated costs to hosting the biggest home shows in Hawaii where vendors and customers can meet in person their many years of service are appreciated.

Facilities are well kept, building and class were easy to find. Great set up.

Hired a vendor at show pacific style design vendor lied about contracting licenses,couldn’t draw up plans of which I paid for, and didn’t meet any of his timelines that he gave me . I asked for a refund he said he only owes $300 out of the 5k I paid Andrew Dixson of pacific style and design for drawings of house he said he’ll drop in the mail with the incomplete drawings that I can’t use anyhow that was 9 months ago nothing was sent I called bia Hawaii to complain about one of there vendors and they even told me they had other complaints about that company and that I should write a formal complaint so they remove them from the next show I did that but there still have a both at this upcoming event so if you want to get ripped off then go to bia Hawaii expo

Beautiful and well thought out training facility with lots of parking and easy commute from all parts of the island. Staff is awesome!
