I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Fairhaven (Georgina, Brittney, all of them). They did such a wonderful job taking care of my mom. They treated her like family, and no matter how difficult Mom could be, they were always kind and patient with her. I felt so much more at ease knowing that she was somewhere safe, and somewhere where she could get the kind of care she needed. The facility itself is large, clean, open, and full of ambient light. My Mom had vision problems so it was important that she be somewhere bright and not gloomy--like so many facilities out there. The food was also excellent, and they have activities, and van trips for the residents to go shopping. Mom enjoyed playing bingo in the dining room as well--and she loved getting ice cream! Do your loved-one a favor and take them to Fairhaven first. It truly is a great place to live out your golden years.

I absolutely love this community and the staff! The building is so clean and beautiful inside. It offers a history like no other community and a step back in time. I love the way Fairhaven feels inside and outside. Robyn, Georgina, and Brittany truly care for the residents and their families. All of the staff members are happy and greet everyone with a smile. I toured Fairhaven for a loved one. We fell in love with the beautiful remodel and the history. The lunch looked and smelled amazing. Although, the building speaks for itself, I was most impressed with the interaction between the residents and staff members. Everyone was truly happy. All of the residents in this community were clean and well put together. The staff including the office staff were very warm and welcoming. Especially considering that we just dropped in. The facility and staff at Fairhaven are nothing short of amazing. First, they made what could have been a difficult transition for my mother and our family as a whole very easy and comforting. From my first visit, they treated me and my mother like family and now, almost 4 months later, continue to provide her exceptional care. An for our family, unequaled communication, transparency, and support. I truly can not imagine my mom in any other facility, and for that, I am so very thankful for Rae and the entire team at Fairhaven Denton!
