FAIRMONT VILLAGE

Update: Its been 1.5yrs now since I placed my Mom here and still a million times thankful for the awesome care she gets. She still loves it here and so do I! After vetting about 25 facilities i chose this one. When i walked thru touring Fairmont Village i felt in my heart that this is where my Mom would be happy. The place is gorgeous, staff is friendly and residents are well cared for. I placed my Mom 1.5 weeks ago and visited her today. She was happy! She looked great and really liked it there. It felt so good knowing she acclimated that quickly but the staff made her feel at home from the get go. 10 stars!

Impressive! As soon as you walk in to Fairmont you are greeted by the front desk as if you are on a 5 star luxury resort. The place is clean, although Fairmont is 5 years old it still has the new place feeling, smells great, the residents are well taken care of, and staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. I guarantee your loved one will be treated like royalty and most important with the respect they deserve on their golden years. Thank you Fairmont Village!

The nurses and staff here are amazing! My mother stayed here until her last breath and they took good care of her. She was loved and I couldn't be more grateful. She had all these wonderful people in her life, God bless all of you who helped my mom, Mauricia.

From the moment I moved my mom into Fairmont Village, I knew she was in the right place. My mom's dementia could make her a handful at times and this would frustrate caregivers. Fortunately for mom (and me) this place is on a different level. I've witnessed caregivers here taking time to sit with her, hold her hand, look in her eye and be with her until she calmed down. I saw caregivers shower my mom with hugs, kisses and huge smiles and when I looked in their eyes I knew it wasn't just for show. My mom gave back as much as she received. The facility was always clean. They had great activities and did such a good job of bringing the patients to the activities. I never had to worry about my mom's medical condition. The staff worked well with the hospice staff and doctor and always kept me apprised of what was going on. During the final week the staff was so kind to me, my brother and my mom as we waited for her to pass. With a watchful loving eye they kept mom comfortable until the end. I am so grateful to this group of caregivers.

I recently had the pleasure of touring at the Fairmont and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. As a picky RN, cleanliness and safety as well as medical competency is of utmost importance to me, and I was thoroughly impressed with how immaculate the facility was. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to detail was truly commendable. Daniel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. His warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and I felt comfortable entrusting the care of my mom to the Fairmont. I feel confident as a daughter and RN to place my Mom here. Not only was the facility open clean and the staff exceptional, but the overall atmosphere was incredibly serene and tranquil. It provided the perfect environment for my mom to settle into her new surroundings comfortably. I would highly recommend the Fairmont to anyone in search of a clean, wonderful, and comforting safe environment for a loved one . It truly exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by Daniel.
