Our family has had an exceptional experience with Fairwinds Redmond, and we are especially grateful for the support we received from Aly and Krysta, two of the amazing managers we worked with there. What could have been an overwhelming and emotional process of finding a safe and comfortable place for our mom was made organized, clear, and genuinely compassionate because of their care and professionalism. From our first conversation through the final steps, Aly and Krysta were consistently responsive, patient, and thorough. They took the time to truly understand our mom—her routines, preferences, and what “feeling at home” meant to her—and built a genuine connection that immediately put her at ease. So, I rang up with little understanding for how to begin engaging with retirements/care communities and I was put in touch with Krysta, who is part of their sales team. Krysta spent a good bit of time with me, sharing information about Fairwinds and helping me to understand how to approach this process and what to consider for my dad and our family. Krista was lovely, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. Fantastic amenities and staff. Very helpful with the guests. Lots of things to do and an amazing kitchen. Location is great and there are a lot of great trails. If you get the chance to talk with Jeanie she will make your day better! Very helpful and entertaining!
