Auggie & Sandra do a great job with patients. They were very attentive & patient with Leonard. I'm so glad the Lord pointed your establishment when Shelly was searching for a place for Leonard.

Yulia, her husband, and the caretakers offered loving care to my friend and neighbor. The owners and staff did a wonderful job meeting the needs of my friend. The property is clean, safe for the residents, and the exterior space well-maintained. The owners truly care about their residents. Yulia often spent time chatting with my friend: 1) making sure she was happy; 2) just chatting to visit. I am grateful to have found this option for an elderly friend in need of constant assistance.

My family and I are so grateful we found Yulia's loving home. The compassionate, patient and loving care she and her care takers Aggie and Sandra gave our aunt was truly a gift. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us.

My mom was deeply blessed to have spent the last two years of her life at a Heavenly Haven. She lived at the Chatsworth location. The owner, Fran, and all of the caregivers are truly angels who genuinely care about the residents. They treat every resident like a family member. They provide an uplifting atmosphere, and beautifully decorate the home for each of the holiday seasons. They play daily inspirational music, do karaoke and chair Yoga, and have awesome holiday parties!! I am eternally grateful to them for so lovingly and compassionately taking care of my mom. A Heavenly Haven is a very, very special place!

I wish I had found A Heavenly Haven years ago. I'm sure my mother would have been happy here for years. My mother lived here for a few months before passing away. I moved her here because her prior RCFE had some issues. I've seen many RCFE facilities over the past 8 years and I knew that this place seemed better than the other RCFE that I had visited. This RCFE is clean, the administrator & staff are very well trained and are genuinely caring. This means that issues such as bed sores are not left to fester and resident's are kept comfortable. My mother was always kept clean, skin moisturized and pillows were arranged to keep her in comforting positions. The other residents seem happy as well. I'd recommend coming out and taking a look at this RCFE, it won't be a waste of time. I also like that they support environmentally friendly initiatives and use solar panels to help provide electricity to the house.
