Falls River Court

My mother use to live here and we loved it! The activities were engaging. We loved the piano players.The food was just what my mother liked. One of the gentleman in the kitchen was so great with all the residents. The door greeters were friendly. The outside areas were perfect. To make it even better, a new company took over and I was very excited about the renovations they promised! However, We didn’t make it to the renovations. The nursing team started to get more rude, unprofessional, and probably couldn’t pass a drug test based on how I encountered them at times. I tried addressing this concern, but it went no where. While I still loved the other aspects of my mom living here, I no longer felt comfortable having her call this place home. Once they get the nursing team figured out, this place will be 5/5.
