I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Their team has provided me with excellent care. No matter what problem I come in for, they are able to handle it with the utmost competence. Physician assistant Katrina Hamel in particular has a blessing to my entire family. She really listens to you and addresses your problems with compassion and excellence. I appreciate her and the entire care team immensely!

I have been a long standing patient of this clinic. Roughly 20 years or more. I cannot say enough good things about the care team and just to name a few specifically. Dr. Katherine Keith is, in my opinion an experienced, and phenomenal physician who truly cares about your health and well being. She always thinks outside the box is vastly knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Fullbright has been nothing short of amazing! The clinical team here all work together for you! You will not be disappointed!

I will never forget my experience here. And I am finally willing to share. I was 18, being brave and going in to talk about my anxiety and depression. For the first time in my life, I was honest on the dumb questionnaire they have you fill out. Physician’s Assistant Linda Song came in, took my questionnaire and read it outside of the room. I was shaking. Alone. In a very dark place mentally. Then P.A Song came back in and asked me if I was serious about my answers. I was so confused and shocked. I remember saying “Yes, I’m being honest about how I feel everyday.” She told me “If you really feel this way you need to stand up and take yourself to the ER right now.” I was so shocked and confused. I didn’t understand what she meant. I just blinked at her. She went off on this lecture about how if I feel anxious or depressed, I should work out, meditate, drink tea, go to therapy. There is more but I will not go into detail on a public platform about how this woman and the therapist she sent me to SEVERELY worsened my PTSD and anxiety. I hope they loose my number. Burn my file. I hope I never hear from them again. Do yourself a favor; get out of town for a doctor. Or don’t go see PA Song.

I have been taking my kids here for several years, first they saw the PA Laura, and when she moved they started seeing the NP Linda. It's always been a great experience, they get us an appointment in a timely fashion, we only wait for a few minutes once we get there, and everyone is really nice. When I send a question through my chart, many times I hear back the same day, but if not the next day. When I recently called about a sick kid, I was able to talk on the phone to our provider directly. My husband just went there and saw Dr. Quion and said he was really great too.

I absolutely love Dr. Fullbright and she listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done for me. She has helped me out with things that the best doctors in the nation couldn't help me with. I owe her everything. But I absolutely hate hate hate the reception staff at the office! I've called multiple days and multiple times and I'm always on hold for a minimum of 40 minutes and then they hang up on me after waiting. That is completely unacceptable!! You have sick patients that need help asap and not answering the phone is not an option. I've had to drive there in person twice now cus they won't pick up the phone when I call! Completely unacceptable. Fire your reception staff immediately or you'll be losing business for sure! I'd give my doctor 5 stars but negative stars if I could for reception.
