FAMILY LOVING KARE S3

I have a friend here and my observation is that her well being is being ignored. This is not an assisted living home. It is end of life. My friend isn't close to that point. She had a head injury and should be rehabbing. Instead, because her sister in Carolina has POA, she has locked her up in this place. My friend has no phone and is allowed no visitors. Not a good thing for helping a head injury. Her well being is immaterial to the folks who run this place. All that matters here is the check coming in. I can't fathom how this is allowed to happen. She would be better off in prison
