Will post about racism there and nothing done about it, also med techs who insist on giving meds while patients are sitting on the toilet. Residents who cussed you out and if you try to give them a few minutes to calm down they report you and the facility management does absolutely nothing about it. They don't have the proper sheets for beds, barely any washable pads, briefs to small that it leaving marks on patients. Nurse who pass meds but leave them sitting at bedside. Bruises left on a residence, were witnessed by another worker. But they don't do anything about the situation. No air in the building. Very very hot to be working in that environment and for the residents. I don't recommend coming this far to this facility. State needs to come in and investigate. This was my experience there.

My daughter was a patient at Orchard Park Rehab...she passed away at that location. The care she got was amazing, the staff were very compassionate, dedicated and gave care with a smile. I will never forget those few weeks , the last of her young life. Along with the Androscogging Hospice nurses my daughter got the best care possible. On behalf of my entire family we want to say Thank You for helping us thru this very difficult time.
