Farmington Hills Inn

I’ve written several hundred reviews. I like to do an review then one or two follow up reviews. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They took into consideration our circumstances and assisted us. Aesthetically it is pleasing. The residents rooms seem to be a good size and modern. There are a plethora of activities for the residence to engage in. I will come back and give you a more informed review of the facilities. Judy, Martha, and Oscar have been a what’s your name help. Camara, night time supervisor for all the aids, is quite helpful and profession. In considering this place to send your loved ones, right now it’s a definite yes. Dr. Y

Love this place! We couldn’t have found a more comfortable fit than Farmington Hills Inn for Dad to call ‘home’. Management and staff are very helpful and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate my Dad’s needs and do everything they can to make him feel important and cared for. He considers them friends and family. He also enjoys spending time with resident friends - at meals in the Dining Room, watching Sports together on TV, and at the many weekly/monthly Entertainment events and Activities. His Aides are wonderful at caring for his personal needs and Nursing staff along with visiting Doctors do a great job keeping family informed of medical changes and concerns. Dad also enjoys the meals served daily in the Dining Room and the friendly cooks and servers are always attentive to his changing dietary needs. Just minutes into our first tour, my sister and I knew this was THE place for Dad. We were delighted when he felt the same way. Moving my Dad here was an answer to prayers. And - after years of living here, Dad still gives it two thumbs up! Thank you Farmington Hills Inn!

My Mother is very happy there and I've found the staff to be very attentive and kind. The Administrators Marsha and Julie are wonderful people and always ready to help. We are lucky to have found the Farmington Hills Inn. It's very stressful trusting your loved one into another's care and my family and I feel we've made an excellant decision.

From the moment she moved in, we felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and peace knowing she’s in such good hands. The staff is truly exceptional—every single person we’ve interacted with has been patient, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. They treat my grandma with the respect and dignity she deserves, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every resident. I love seeing how active and social she’s become. It’s such a relief to know that she’s not just safe, but thriving. Thank you to everyone at Farmington Hills Inn for creating a place that feels like home and giving our family such peace of mind. From my experience dealing with Farmington Hills Inn was an nightmare for my love one. Every time I looked around they had to go to the hospital. Bruises, carpet burns, feces under nails etc... Every time I would be on my way to visit my love I would have anxiety because I wouldn't know what to expect when I got there. Clothes missing, shoes missing etc... I had to get my love out of there as soon as possible. Please an group home are more of a one on one care. And peace of mind for your love one and yourself.
