Farmington Square Beaverton

We have had my grandma in the memory care portion since 9/2023. When we first placed her here, she was on hospice with roughly 3-6 months left. Since being here, she has thrived and is off hospice. Everyone absolutely loves her. She has gained weight, eats, gets tons of snacks, loves bingo and all of the activities. One person she is obsessed with is Tamara. Every time we come to hang out or get her for a few hours, she wants Tamara to come. They have parties for the holidays and always do fun activities like decorating gingerbread, coloring, making ornaments, etc. We are so thankful we found this place for her.

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Farmington Square Beaverton. They recently accepted a client of mine with higher care needs, and the entire process was handled quickly, compassionately, and seamlessly. A special thank you to Mellissa and Tawnya — their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for both the resident and family made a challenging transition feel smooth and reassuring. From communication to coordination, everything was handled with excellence. It’s clear this team is deeply committed to serving seniors with dignity and respect. The wonderful people at Farmington Square took care of my mom during the last two years of her life. The made her feel welcome and loved, and I can't thank them enough for that. The facility was always clean and tidy, and none of the residents ever looked neglected. Food service and housekeeping were also top-notch, as was the medical care she received from all of the nursing and med tech staff. She had lived in three other facilities before I finally found Farmington Square, and it was such a relief to know that she was in good hands at last, with friendly, caring people all around. This really is a gem of a facility, one that kept my mom safe, engaged, and happy until the end.
