Horrific memory care. They rely on poorly trained temp workers and the environment is not at all suitable for memory care. We had to get my mom out of there asap and the state found them to be in violation, forcing them to temporarily suspend admissions. Edit: to ascot park, I did reach out to you and you didnt respond. The staff at ASCOT PARK is what makes this place so wonderful. They are knowledgeable about the transition of moving a parent into a memory care which made things so much easier. It's a clean place with activities and caregivers that do a wonderful job. I couldn't have picked a better place for my mother.
