Faye Wright Senior Living has some excellent med techs and caregivers, who truly care about the residents. The Executive Director has been very understanding and caring toward my grandmother and me.

Staff changes all the time due to high turnover or caregivers being moved to different buildings. Whenever I visit my brother, I see someone different. It is so difficult for the patients as they get used to a caregiver or staff member and the next thing they are gone. Some Med pass people can not tell me when my brother's next medicines are scheduled, and when I kindly ask that they check, because I am taking him out for the day. The looks I get show how annoyed they are with me, as if it's a burden to ask a simple question. The food is not good. My brother says he can barely stomach it. He pays a lot of money for assisted living, and he gets subpar treatment and cold food that is not appealing. He is still rather young, and wants a better environment, so he will be looking into moving to another community that provides more compassion, respect, and that serves healthy food options that he can actually enjoy and are warm.

My father moved to Faye Wright 2 months ago after a horrible experience at another facility. I am thrilled with the leadership and staff at Faye Wright and am so much more at peace with my father's care than I have been in the last few years leading up to moving him to a memory care facility. I live out of state and I am able to log on to their Lifeloop system and see pictures of him and see what activities he has participated in. Thank you to the Faye Wright team for what you do each day.
