Worst experience with renting an apartment.. when I moved in not even 6 months later my ceiling in my bedroom started leaking and I would let maintenance know and all they would say is “It could be from the wind pushing the water through” and then one night when I got home my bedroom ceiling did in fact fall down due to water damage.. they slightly patched the area but it continued to leak through..

The Mill is a weed and cigarette smelling place. It lasted about two and a half years (2 1/2), before it started going downhill. Tenants rule the building with no consequences. Lastly, instead of catching the culprits, they threaten the whole floor.

It's pretty nice to live here. They need to hire another handy man and a house keeper.

Don't NOT live here!!!! It sucks.. The neighbors stare while you walk down the halls or go outside the landlord's suck their rude and don't care about anything you have to say and really doesn't care when your car has been broken into not once but twice. They tow your car when you park out front if your not suppose too.. This place all the way around suck. Oh and they have bed bugs too!!!!!! Save your money an go else where..

Afordable place to stay, has a bush with an invasive Japanese honeysuckle in it. As it grows it will chock out the bush and kill it. And then spread.
