FEATHERSTONE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY OF ADA

Our mom moved into Featherstone three years ago. She was welcomed with open arms. The staff is very attentive and caring to mom. She feels loved and valued. The staff are kind and caring toward mom.

Great place. Wonderful people.

Delete nurse head boss is very rude every time I go in here to see my mother she makes me seem like I'm a burden and I should be not visiting her I've heard her scream at her staff in front of not only other staff but the residence and not just scream but curse as well if you have a family member here please do them a huge favor and check on them immediately!!!!!!!!!! Corporate has been informed and they do not seem to care my mother has been there for about 3 years now and Betty the boss got really bad about 2 years ago she's always you know had a nasty attitude but I figured you know maybe she was just stressed out but it's just getting worse and worse and I've seen her be rude to not my mother while I'm there but to other people's mothers and fathers that have Dementia or Alzheimer's and can't say or speak for themselves so please please I beg you check on your family member or call DHS and start an investigation.
