FELSON BOARD AND CARE

My family had to make the difficult decision of caring for my dad when his needs for assistance were great: he couldn't sit up on his own, and he required tube feeding. When we met Isabel after meeting with other board and care locations, we knew this was the place we felt most comfortable with, because Isabel is a RN and the place was in excellent condition (newly remodeled, outdoor patio) and it was very conveniently located near my mom's house. My mom was able to visit every day, because it was only a few minutes drive from her house, which really meant a lot to her. When another resident tested positive for Covid, that resident was sequestered immediately. That's what good health care looks like! All the state regulations were followed, as required by law, which set my mind at ease. The live-in caretakers were also very kind and provided very good care, sometimes late into the night. We are so thankful for Isabel and her team with their excellent care for my dad in the final month of his life.
