FERIDEAN COMMONS

My mother was only a resident for seven months beginning February of 2025 but in that brief time, the staff went above and beyond. She was on multiple medications for Parkinson's and the nurses took very seriously delivering them on time (every three hours) and were very communicative with me regarding any incidents or concerns about her well being. From the first tour, until her last day, we had a great feeling about this place. After touring several facilities, we found the rates were less than most and without the "hidden costs." Feridean is now under new ownership and the rates did raise significantly but still seemed to be in line with what other (less desirable) assisted living communities charge. The place is beautiful with outstanding amenities and many residents appear to thrive. What truly made it outstanding were the nurses, aides, kitchen, office, etc. were outstanding.
