Fidelis Craig House

I couldn't have been more pleased with the care my mom received at Fidelis Craig House. While her stay wasn't long, it was very intense and required a great deal of hands on care. Michelle Robert-Duffy (one of the owners) was one of the most kind and sincerely caring senior care directors I've encountered in my mom's 5+ years journey in assisted living facilities. I think she sets the standard for what senior care management should look like and it's reflected in the way her staff cares for the residents. I expected Michelle to make a good first impression, as many senior living facility managers do. However, I've found that the second, third, fourth impressions, after you've signed on the dotted line, make that positive first impression quickly fade into memory as reality never measures up to promises made. This was just the opposite with Michelle. My family and I never failed to be impressed by the level of care Michele showed my mom. Tangi, Janiyah, Journey, and Pat were always very king and gentle with my mom (sorry for the spelling). LaLa was an absolute saint and truly felt like an angel sent to care for my mom, a beautiful person with a giant heart. My only regret was not discovering Fidelis sooner.
