Ciel Senior Living of the Tri-Cities

My Mom moved to this facility in the winter of 2021 and she had been well cared for (spoiled even!) since then! If there is a change in her medical condition or if she's had a fall, my sister or myself are notified promptly. The facility provides transportation to her medical appointments, Life Enrichment will listen to her suggestions for resident outings, and the dietary staff staff is attentive to her needs. All in all, my siblings and myself are happy with where our Mom is at and we wouldn't want her anywhere else.

I'm very pleased with Ciel Senior Living Memory Care. Ciel Senior Living Memory Care became my mother's new home nine months ago. We considered several places for my mother, but Ceil Senior Living Memory Care immediately stood out. I'm very pleased with the support and care they provide my mother. My mother has had her ups and downs in the last few months. Throughout it all, Ciel Memory Care has been a great partner to work with as we flex to meet my mother's changing needs. It is a well-led Memory Care facility. I'm impressed with the consistent dedication and compassionate care at all levels. Everyone focused on their job and patient care. My only regret is I wished I moved my mother sooner. Their understanding of dementia far exceeded mine. They are doing a great job caring for my mother and assisting her with advanced dementia.

I had to move my mom in during Covid 2 years ago and the staff really did a great job. The transition was wonderful. Two years later her her health deteriorated to the point she was placed on hospice. The care givers did an excellent and we’re very patient with her. She could get a little feisty. I could not ask for any better care. The entire staff is just a wonderful group of people .
