I have personal experience with this campus; there are some wonderful people who really care for the residents who reside there and I would recommend Ciel to anyone. I especially know the dining staff at Ciel Senior Living Tri-Cities Memory Care go out of their way to make sure every resident's dietary preferences are honored. Staff is friendly, there's family friendly activities, there's live entertainment throughout the month, the property itself is beautiful - again I would recommend Ciel Senior Living Tri-Cities to anyone!

Our experience at this memory care facility is very good. The residents always seem happy and engaged. My loved one is very happy here and the care staff is doing a great job in what can be a very difficult field to work in. I appreciate everything they're doing and I'm thankful for the love they show the residents and our family.

My father was a resident for almost three years. During his time there, the staff was attentive, caring and very helpful. He always had good things to say about the staff. The design of the place is fun and inviting. The one time we had an issue I spoke with the Assistant Executive Director Melrae Smith, she was professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend Ciel to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
