Wenatchee Memory Care

I have only amazing things to say about Wenatchee Memory Care! The care they provide for my dad is outstanding, really giving him the attention he needs as his body and mind betray him. It's a scary time for him, and they do everything they can to make him comfortable and happy. It's a scary time for me too - not knowing how to care for him - and they put my mind at ease. Every member of the staff is fantastic, but I have to say that Jess Khantiok is especially patient and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes out of her way to help my dad and me. Thank you, Jess!

My loves staying at Wenatchee Memory Care! That alone speaks for itself! Her care team is very patient with her and she is always well cared for. I would like to mention several employees: Tyler, Jess and Jovanni. These three are very helpful whenever I need help. They are also patient and very kind. The nurse Sam is knowledgeable and experienced!

It has been just over a year that mom has been living at Wenatchee Memory Care. I want to give a shout out to Jess for her creative activities and the extra time she takes to get to know the residents and bring joy to their daily endeavors. Also cannot say enough about Chef Will and his willingness to listen to the residents and prepare favorite dishes. In addition the. Us culinary staff create amazing holiday meals for the residents and their families. Appreciate the kindness and care everyone has shown to my mom.

We are having such a wonderful time here at Wenatchee memory Care. The Super bowl is on there is lots of wonderful yummy food and Jess is our host and she's doing an awesome job. She is so gentle and sincerely happy to help the residents here as well as their guests. She always has a smile on her face. Very nice setup.

When we first moved my dad into this memory care community, we were honestly very discouraged. There was limited follow-through, poor communication, and several medication-related issues that caused real concern. At one point, we truly believed we would need to move him elsewhere. Over time, the facility went through leadership changes, and the third Executive Director, Dylan, has made a remarkable difference. Since he came on, he has taken full accountability, implemented major changes, and has been steadily righting the ship. His leadership is thoughtful, responsive, and clearly focused on resident safety and quality of care. Most importantly, my dad now feels safe, and for our family, that peace of mind means everything. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jess, who coordinates the social activities. She is an absolute pleasure and brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to the residents. Overall, the staff treat residents with respect and dignity, and everyone seems willing to pitch in, whether that’s helping with appointments or day-to-day needs. While the beginning was challenging, the improvements have been real and sustained, and we are grateful for the positive changes we’ve seen. I have no doubt that I'll be able to upgrade my rating to 5 stars in the near future (i.e. they are on the right path). We just want to see this level of care and oversight sustained. What that means to us is low turnover and continued attention to our concerns.
