Karen Hamilton
Most unwelcome place. They have all the patients sedated. Very quiet place for such active elders. If dumb downed and sedated was a place. NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS U WANT YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE VEGETABLE STATE.

Extremely short staffed, staff that is there sits on their cellphone ignoring residents. Food is not tasty or warm. Residents aren't routinely bathed or changed, causing management to have caregiver date and time of brief changes. Very sad and dirty, Extremely depressing environment. End of life shouldn't be that awful.
Response from the owner
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Printha. We take your concerns seriously and will address them with our team to ensure proper attention and care is given to our residents. We appreciate your input and will use it to improve our services.

My father resided in their memory care until yesterday. He has dementia. He’s the sweetest my loving guy so we entrusted them with his care. Recently he somehow managed to get out of a locked down facility he pays over $7000 a month for. He was able to get on a bus at night in a precarious area of town. They waited an hour to call me, and when they did it was to ask if I had him. I did not. A few hours later he was found, someone had called him in because he was acting different. He had managed to get on a TriMet bus. When the police brought him back, he was bleeding from his head from a fall. They could not explain how he had gotten out. The VERY NEXT DAY he escsped twice but no family was informed. We moved him to his new place yesterday and he was very sluggish slow and it took three of us to get him into my brothers house and then into his new care facility. He slept the whole way and slept there, which is not like him they called my brother at 9 o’clock last night letting him know that they had call Dhs. He had bruises all over his body and he had an open wound on his leg, which was rubbing on his jeans, which was probably why he was limping yesterday when I had him, they called in for elder abuse and neglect. This place is horrible. Do not bring any parents or family members here please. And when we did decide to move my dad, they made the moving quite difficult. It took multiple phone calls lots of work to give and get a simple email display should be shut down.
