My Mom lived here for a few years before I moved her closer to me. My Mom enjoyed her stay. She liked the food. She liked the people. And she absolutely loved the view from the dining room and from her apartment. I cannot say enough good things Rocsana Bowers, the Executive Director. She is warm hearted, kind, and clearly cares about the residents. She also makes herself available at all hours to handle all manner of concerns. She's what makes Five Star special.

My mom and dad are at Five star and have been for the last year and a half. They are over the top happy about their experiences at Five star including feeling such a sin of connection friendship and warmth from staff and executive Director. We wouldn’t want them any other place and we’re so thrilled that they found this home. Thank you to Five star.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding amenities at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a step above the rest. The facilities are top-notch, offering a wide range of services and comforts that cater to every need. The food here is simply delicious. Every meal is crafted with care, ensuring a delightful dining experience each time. It's evident that the kitchen staff puts a lot of effort into maintaining high standards. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is fantastic—always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. Whenever an issue arises, they are quick to resolve it, ensuring that guests feel valued and cared for. I also want to highlight the dedication of the DRC. His commitment to quickly addressing and resolving any issues is commendable. He goes above and beyond to make my dad feel safe, comfortable, and at home, which is incredibly important to us. Overall, the combination of excellent amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes this establishment a standout choice. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and well-run environment.

There are several things about the community that my wife and I enjoy. The first thing would be the food, I enjoyed the ample meal choices and different varieties given to us. I also enjoy the relationships that I have built with the people living here. We enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they have about their departments. Certainly, we have to say that the view from this building is incredible being able to look out and see the ocean is so relaxing. Both of us are big readers and there’s a wonderful library here there must be literally hundreds or thousands of books. Overall, my experience here has been super I couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I have lived in Five Star Premier Residence of Pompano Beach for almost 5 years. Our experience has been Five Star all the way with the exception of a 10 plus month failed experiment with Compass, an outside contract dining service. Notwithstanding, a resent resident’s very low rating based on a single meal is both not accurate and frankly unfair. Overall our community provides gracious, safe, clean and comfortable living of the first order. Our professional, responsive and caring staff is unmatched. Now that Compass is phasing out the dining room is showing improvement daily. I can’t imagine a better place for us to reside. Don Ingram
