Five Star Residences Of Banta Pointe

We were so impressed with our tour at The Crossing At Banta Pointe. We are in the process of looking for the right place to potentially place my father. Ryan was fantastic, he made us feel at home, and was so compassionate with our “story”. The Executive Director stopped by and introduced himself, and he was very friendly, (all the staff were). When dad is ready, The Crossing At Banta Pointe will definite be at the top of our list.

My elderly mother and I recently toured The Crossings at Banta Pointe while exploring assisted living options in Indianapolis, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our tour guide, Ryan Marlatt, was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely compassionate. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made sure my mom felt comfortable, respected, and never pressured throughout the process. Ryan did an excellent job explaining the different living options, services, and community amenities, and he truly listened to what mattered most to my mother. His kindness and professionalism made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and reassuring. The community itself is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, offering a maintenance-free lifestyle along with opportunities for social connection and personalized care. You can tell the staff cares deeply about residents’ quality of life. Before we left, we felt confident enough to sign a lease — and most importantly, my mom is genuinely happy and excited about this next chapter. That peace of mind means everything to our family. Highly recommend both The Crossings at Banta Pointe and Ryan Marlatt to anyone looking for assisted living or senior living options in the Indianapolis area!

The DON is on top of all patient care needs. The staff is very attentive. As a 3rd party provider I am in building several days a week and see the care being done it is excellent! Ryan goes over and beyond helping family with a wide variety of needs.

We had a wonderful experience touring Banta Pointe with Ryan. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never rushed us (even staff in the hallways stopped to say hi!). They took the time to answer all our questions honestly and clearly, and it was easy to see how much they care about the residents. The facility was clean, bright, and the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, like home. We are hoping to bring mom to visit and hopefully move in, after rehab. Thank you all for being so kind and welcoming.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our grandmother has received here. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely kind—they treat residents with dignity and respect every single day. The front office staff knows us by name and is always so friendly, even offering treats to our dog, when she visits! The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. It’s such a relief knowing that grandma is safe, supported, and truly cared for. We’re very grateful for this community and highly recommend it to anyone.
