Five Star Residences Of Clearwater

This place is closing they was sold and another company has control - they never call you back. They gave residents 60 day notice . They not helping find residents other living arrangements. I thought they have to find placement ? They to busy trying to make money for 60 days! Shane The ED to busy to call family back! The receptionist always taking messages and never give anyone messages. I hope none of the staff find other employment! Please remove your love one ASAP out of this building !

My father moved into Five Star Residences of Clearwater about two years ago and it was a wonderful experience. The facility is lovely, but most importantly, the staff is outstanding! Shane, Tiffany, and the rest of the front office staff could not be any more pleasant and accommodating. The dining room staff is amazing, and the food is wonderful. Maintenance manager Justin is responsive and more than helpful. The nursing and support staff are professional and kind. I cannot say enough about Five Star Residences of Clearwater. Shane and Tiffany went above and beyond with the needs of my father. Dad was happy living at Five Star, after not at all wanting to make the move! The patience that was exhibited can never be overstated. I am the first to recognize that older folks can have thier quirks, and working with them is a calling. That calling has blessed all of the staff at Five Star, and that blessing is passed on to the residents at Five Star!

Five Stars for Five Star Residences! Our father was referred here by his wonderful Hospice team– he was a unique case in that he was rapidly declining and needed care immediately. The management team, particularly Shane, took my frantic calls and immediately found placement for him on the same day. Shane went out of his way to accommodate us– knowing we were coming from out of town to say goodbye to our dad, he was able to get us a room that already had a sofa and comfortable furnishings so we had an easy place to gather during what was otherwise a very difficult time. All of the staff and nurses were so kind, empathetic, and took great care of my dad– easing his pain and all of our anxieties as he made his transition to the next life. We as a family are so grateful for this establishment– we truly do not know what we would have done had they not rallied and helped us in a great time of need. I couldn't recommend them more. I toured five star at Clearwater Crossing today with Tiffany Car as their representative. She was wonderful and filled me in on everything as needed, and they provided my friend and I with a wonderful lunch. The food was very tasty. I was surprised at this. And the dining room is open and available from 8 AM till 6 PM. You can get darn near anything. The one bedroom apartment seem perfect for me. I will just have to check out a few other places for pricing.

My grandfather moved in here about 2 months ago, and our family is so happy with this residence. It’s a beautiful campus, and the staff goes above and beyond to make their residents comfortable. It’s very clean, my grandpa loves the food, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The residents seem more like a family than just neighbors. Everyone from the housekeepers to the directors Shane and Jennifer are wonderful and know everyone by name. We would definitely recommend it.
