Service in the dining room is consistently horrible. I rarely get everything I order. The servers apparently cannot read the orders to make sure everything is brought to the table. Maybe one day competent employees will be hired!!!

My siblings and I were looking for a facility for our parents.. I first talked to Samantha, she gave me a virtual tour and she was so sweet and then also gave my sister who lives in Noblesville an actual tour. We immediately thought everyone we met were very helpful and professional. Then we met Amy .. let me tell you she went above and beyond to help us with all the paperwork and getting them settled in and made them feel so comfortable.. all of the staff is great and my parents are so happy ! Thank you Five Star!

As soon as I walked in the door at Five Star Residences of Noblesville, I felt like I had found 'home' for my Mom. Her well-being and happiness is of utmost importance to me, so it was important to talk with staff and know that she would be well cared for and treated like family. Leaving your home of 40+ years is a lot to ask, but this dedicated and loving community of both staff and residents has helped ease her transition. Five Star has everything she needs for this season of her life, and I am grateful to have found them. I wouldn't be anywhere else.

When looking for a spot for our grandmother to not just live but to thrive, we were given the name of Five Star from health care workers and providers, current family members of a resident, and past family members of a resident. Right from the start of our initial meeting, we knew it was the right place to call her new home. The facility is updated, clean, and rooms are spacious. There is multiple daily activities for her to do along with getting wonderful nursing and PT, OT, and speech therapy. We love Chef Tom in the Hamilton Dining hall, in fact, a family member will go at least once a week to eat lunch or dinner with her. It feels like a retirement community not a nursing home. The goal is to age in place, and there are many different levels of assistance + memory care area if needed. My grandmother moved in February 2023, since then has just THRIVED. She is social, happy, and getting the care she needs to have quality and quantity of life. We are thrilled that she was able to move in and get the support she needs. She is able to leave when she wants. We were able to decorate her room to her liking as well. It is great to have extra services like house keeping and laundry. LISA is one of our favorite staff members and always goes above and beyond to take care of her room. In our experience, the staff is excellent in communication and quick to resolve any issue. We really appreciate the nursing care + the medical team for quick assessments and proper critical thinking when she had a health emergency. She was able to celebrate her 90th birthday last weekend with family flying in from all around. We hosted it in the cafe and it was a beautiful event. Family was impressed by the facility and staff. We feel very lucky to have our grandmother close to us and have her be safe, happy, and healthy.

We moved our Mom to Five Star Residence of Noblesville 9 months ago. She is Independent living now but I like it that she has an alert bracelet that she can wear if she needs any help and an alert button in the bathroom. I also like the fact, when she needs to, she can move into assisted living or memory care when it comes time. Her neighbors are very nice and talk to her when they see her or come by to say Hi. Also like that it is level throughout her garden home, no steps to trip on. The office staff is super nice and friendly.
