Five Star Residences Of Northwoods

My mother signed a lease a few months back. Almost from day one, there have been issues getting maintenance to repair anything. Doors will not shut, dishwasher not working, Refrigerator sounds like it's ready to die. They are currently in the process of being acquired by a new owner. If things have not improved by the time her lease is up, she will be moved to a new facility. I can't say much about the management of the place, as they never seem to be available when I try to talk to them. The only reason I am at 2 stars is that the sales manager seems to care, and most of the staff are willing to help out when they can.

Just signed a lease for my mother and feel incredibly comfortable about choosing this facility, all thanks to Justin. He went out of his way to to help support us in the difficult decision process, even as we looked at other facilities. He knew what we wanted in assisted living and offered flexible options for the apt which helped a lot. Thanks, Justin!

My Dad had lived here Dec. 2022. First in the Independent apartments and just recently moved into the assisted living facility. Both of his apartments have been very spacious, modern and they are well maintained. As for the staff, you couldn't ask for more. They kind, caring and compassionate. Dad loves the food and the activities keeps him occupied. I would highly recommend this place if you are considering assisted living.

My parents were there while Dad did rehab on his knee. The physical therapist and occupational therapists were great. The entire staff is very caring. Justin went above and beyond expectations in making my parents feel welcomed. Not only is the staff caring but many of the residents are also very kind and welcoming to my parents. Great place, I highly recommend it.

I have been working with Justin for a little over a month now and he has been great every step of the way. We have met several staff and residents as well and all of them have been great as well.My mom will be moving to Five Star in about a week and she and all of her children (including me) are all very excited about her next chapter in life!
