PINES AT COLUMBIA

My mom has been in several ALF’s and with her new residence at The Pines, she feels the love and compassion by her caregivers and all of the staff. We both are sleeping well and I KNOW she is well taken care of. As for me personally, I am extremely well pleased with the care and the staff, the go over and beyond the call of their duties. From Gina to Bridgett, Leslie, Judy, Sherlyn, Shay and countless less others when I go to visit not only do they tell me how mom is doing they ask how I am doing every time. I could t ask for a better place for my mom and the Peace of mind and to her her laugh again and cut up, I finally got my mother back. I have no worries at all with the Pines. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved ones look no further, The Pines is where you need to consider. Can’t say enough about The Pines!!!

My mom has lived at the Pines for almost 5 years and from the moment we moved her in everyone has treated her and my siblings like family. It is a caring environment with a home feel. My mom has been at the Pines for one year now and we are beyound happy and peaceful with our decision. She has never been healthier or happier. She gets the care that she needs and the privacy that she wants. The staff are so kind to her and our family. We are well informed when there are issues and she is so content and comfortable there. Gina has been upfront and honest with everthing from the very first day we came for a visit. I feel we were lead by Christ to this facilty and we are forever grateful for the love and compassion they give our mother.

My father has been a resident at The Pines for almost three months. The building has a very cheery and positive feel when you walk in. Since the move to The Pines, I have been impressed by how friendly and helpful ALL the staff have been in their various roles. The caregivers I’ve met, have been very kind and patient learning how he likes to do things. They have really worked to help him adjust and encourage him to participate in activities rather than just stay in his room all day. The food is very good-he complained about the food at his previous residence. I feel this has been a good move for my father and am very pleased.

The Pines at Columbia is a fantastic community. It's warm, welcoming, and fun! You can drop by any day of the week and you'll always be greeted by a friendly face. The residents are inviting, and there always seems to be something going on. Very family friendly, easy-going, and pet friendly, too!
