My husband was in memory care here for almost two years. Before choosing this community, I visited several other places, and I am truly grateful that I chose this one. The people here are exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. Every need my husband had was met with patience, dignity, and respect. The facility itself is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. It always felt clean, safe, and comfortable, which gave me great peace of mind. The staff went above and beyond, not only caring for my husband but also supporting me throughout the journey. Their dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt kindness made an incredibly difficult time a little easier. I deeply appreciate everything they did for him, and for us as a family. This is a truly special place, and I am grateful for the care and love they provide every day.

I have had my mom at Country House for a little more than a year. She isn't the easiest to work with. Country House staff, have been highly professional, helpful, considerate and kind. When you place a loved one in managed care, everyone will go through an adjustment. Country House has been very good and understanding during this time. Front staff really tries to help and make a difference and the med techs do watch and monitor, and will call you, if they suspect your loved one is not feeling well.

We feel so lucky to have found CountryHouse! The staff is so kind and caring—it really feels like a family there. There are so many fun and enriching activities and the facility itself is beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about CountryHouse!

The best memory care for your loved one! Very caring staff, residents are kept entertained, clean, engaged, and out of their rooms so that they may socialize and make new friends. The environment is always clean, bright and cheerful and the staff is lovely!

Country House Folsom is a wonderful and safe community! From the moment you walk in the door you are always greeted with a warm genuine smile and by your first name. The Medical and Care staff are knowledgable, caring and helpful. The Activities and Entertainment staff are creative, upbeat and inclusive. The food is always freshly homemade... the dining tables are set with fresh flowers, placemats and cloth napkins with tunes of yesteryear playing softly in the background. The community is tastefully decorated in a comfortable well lit style with lit fireplaces and a grand piano. Our family sleeps well at night knowing our loved ones are safe, happy and well taken care of every hour of the day.
