Footsteps at Happy Valley

Beautiful facility and amazing staff. Staff are very friendly and attentive to our family member’s needs.

I am not a resident here at The Springs. I did however recently tour this facility with my parents last week. The staff was helpful and informative and the tour was lovely. We had to bring my parent’s puppy and he was treated with lots of attention. I am not sure where my parents will chose to live in the near future but anyone looking for someplace a step above, this would be the place. The amenities are plentiful and it felt like a resort in lots of ways. I was most impressed with how clean everything was. I’m not quite ready for an adult living home but I hope when I am, The Springs will be high on my list.

The living areas are quite lovely, well maintained, and safe. The activities cover most everyone’s needs…swimming, a weight room, a variety of exercise classes and the opportunity for strength training, as well as group walks. Meals are well prepared with variety, are tasty, and plentiful. The staff is well trained for their various roles. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and work to address the needs of members of the community. The Springs is highly recommended for guests designed to address a variety of age related activities and individual needs.

We have lived at The Springs, Happy Valley for almost 2 years, and we love it. The staff is great, food is tasty, the residents are fun to be with. Living here is great: good choices for meal times and snacks, lots of activities, both on-site and off-site. Wonderful new friends from all over the world live here, and making friends is certainly easy! If you are looking to downsize and live somewhere easy, fun, and beautiful, come and see for yourself! Moms loves her apartment and deck. It is great construction. The sales and move in gals are a wonderful team. Everyone that works there is amazingly helpful. The maintenance people were Johnny on the spot hanging picture. There are going to be and are so many things to do there. The movie theater is great with comfy seats and just tge right volume and closed captions. The restaurant us nothing less than fantastic. Everything we have had holds up to a very classy restaurant. The facility has hired good employees with great friendly values. The chef and his staff do an amazing job. I would live there myself. Thank you everyone for all your smiling faces.
