Staff is pretty nice. Clean facilities, good care for pop pop

My rating is based solely on the research process as their nurse who does assessments was on vacation and so they couldn’t schedule an assessment for 2 weeks and we found somewhere else during that time. Forrest farm offers 2 care levels, 1 hour a week or 1 hour a day. That’s very different from most of the other places we looked at. They also have private pay or subsidized options which is also very different from everywhere else we looked. The rooms were a good size and there were a lot of amenities especially for the more reasonable price point on their private pay side. This was honestly a high contender for us but we needed to move quickly and not being able to get an assessment done for 2 weeks just didn’t work for us. It also concerned me that their nurse was gone for 2 weeks what did that mean for residents? After the tour I emailed the admin coordinator and didn’t get a reply which was odd cause he had replied before. Not sure if I messed up his email.

Handicapped parking available. Friendly staff

My Mom has been there for 4 yrs. The place is clean, doesn't smell, nice apartments, good care.
