While most of the staff are caring and genuinely try their best to assist the residents, admin could care less about the well-being of these people (or the well-being of their staff). Many of the independent residents need higher care and the residents who are cared for on 2nd floor do not get the care that they need. Forest glen has bed bugs and is far from clean. The people who run it care more about your money than your family. The website advertises a fun and well-managed facility, which couldn’t be more of a lie. I am genuinely surprised that this building has not been shut down. Please, if you care for your family, put them anywhere but here.

My grandfather is here and when he got brought to the hospital in an ambulance someone went into his room and took all the money out of his wallet. Nothing was done other than us being told they would investigate it.

Second floor is amazing the staff care about the residents and do as much as they can. However, management (from administrator to owner including the marketer) is completely poor. They don’t care about the residents there it’s just about the money. Whenever there is an issue that is brought up they say they will handle it but never do. The way the handle business is completely unprofessional. Without the care and help From management it’s very difficult to provide good quality care even with us trying our hardest. I would definitely recommend not putting your loved ones here.
