Daniel makes me give this review five stars without hesitation. I am at the beginning of my search gathering information for an aging relative. From the moment I contacted Daniel he has amazing interpersonal and Customer Service skills. Calls you right back sends you information via email immediately was going above and beyond sending me videos of a possible short term room so I could share it with my relative. I was able to see him and make an appointment quickly. When I arrived. There was a sign with my name on it at the front desk welcoming me. Daniel introduced me to everybody was extremely knowledgeable super kind about the situation and as we walked through the facility and residences, you could tell the residence had a really lovely relationship with him. This is not an easy process, but Daniel made it easier.

The Independent Living section of The Forum is a very nice place and I would recommend it - the staff engages with the residents and the atmosphere is positive and inviting. They have fun and inviting activities and are kind and accepting. Stacia is off the charts - she is a lovely, compassionate and caring lady who thrives on showing love and inclusiveness to the residents. Mom truly enjoyed it there. I cannot, however, endorse the Assisted Living portion of the facility aside from a few employees. The director there is chilly and does not at all display the compassion and empathy required to run an assisted living facility - all of which trickles down to the staff. It is evident why the capacity of the ALF section is less than 30-40%. There are, however, a few outstanding folks there - Jeanette, the activities director, is absolutely fantastic - enthusiastic and endearing...always does her best to engage the residents and succeeds. She treated Mom with dignity and respect...and made her laugh, which is invaluable to aging seniors! Leigh (nurse) is kind and Doris (resident care assistant) is sensational and always kind and loving - her smile lights up a room. Karen in the dining room is another superb lady. These people truly "get it" and work with the population where they are both physically and mentally. The aging process strips folks of many things...their pride diminishes greatly. They require support, love and kindness...even when they're at the worst. It is my hope that the new management company is able to recognize this so as to increase the census in the Assisted Living portion of this facility.

My mother recently moved into the Assisted Living section at The Forum. She is very happy living in her apartment. She particularly loves the roomy size and her Balcony. Shes involved with many activities, enjoys the food and the friendly caring staff. The nurses efficiently keep up with her care. I highly recommend The Forum.

My mother has been at the Forum since 2017 and is currently an Assisted Living resident. The care that my mother receives is excellent. Cindy Mesalien, Director of Health and Wellness, and her staff provide a clean, safe and caring environment. Cindy's door is always open and she is available to address any questions I may have. The nursing and aid staff are competent and goes out of their way to see that my mother is well taken care of. The work they do is not easy & I am grateful for their caring manner. Daily activities are planned & overseen by Jeanette McIntosh who is truly an angel. She exhibits a loving, understanding, compassionate, & kind spirit. My mother loves her. The Executive Director, Kathy Marciante, is also available and willing to address any concerns I have had over the years. Her approach is very personalized & follow up is excellent. Finally, the recent refresh the facility underwent with new paint, wall paper, carpet and furniture has been a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend the Forum to anyone considering either Independent of Assisted Living for their family members.

We looked at many, many assisted living facilities for our Dad from Parkland to Delray and the Forum checked every box that we all had. It is not an easy task but I can't say enough thank you's to the great people at The Forum at Deer Creek, especially Mary Rose who made this difficult experience so easy, right from the first phone call she put my concerns at ease. Mary Rose even sent my Sister, who lives in California, a photo of his first night (attached) to put her mind at ease while she was dealing w/ being evacuated from the fires in LA. The Forum is very lucky to have Mary Rose as one of their representatives. I would also like to mention that every employee, from the front desk to maintenance made this transition a great experience. The nurses and aides are incredible and extremely helpful. All of the residents I interacted with were very welcoming and will be great neighbors to our Dad. We truly feel that he will be well taken care of while still having some independence. More importantly our Dad likes his new residence, loves the steak n cheese sandwich for lunch but the scallops, not so much. LOL LOL LOL
