My Grandmama was one of the first members to move into the community back in 1991 when it first opened. I would frequently visit and enjoy our visits. The experiences at the community were always positive. Among the many positive experiences, what always stood out was the wonderful hospitality provided by the entire team. Consistently we were greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything else that they could help with. It was also good to see the same team members throughout the years. This was an indicated that there was a low turn over rate, which meant the team was treated well. The team knew grandmama's preferences and paid attention to the details. On top the ambience there is the scenic view that this community provides. Grandmama's back drop was Rancho San Antonio mountains. A gorgeous view to watch the sunset and sunrise. This community provided as I said the the beginning a lot of positive experiences.

The experience we had while my mother was recovering at the Forum is hard to capture in a few words. My mom was at Forum for a month and three weeks at which time she was cared for by angels. From our entrance into the facility Will helped us with situating mom in the right room. All the nurses that cared for mother, I wish I had all their names, but ones I remember were Francisca Rose just to name a few. Joanne, who was my mother‘s case coordinator was so helpful in all the things that needed to be done to facilitate my mother‘s discharge. The physical therapists were incredible. The occupational therapists were fantastic. Melissa, the infectious disease nurse was so patient and helping us understand what was happening with my mother. The care and the cleanliness of the room of the facility was something that we have never seen before, and my mother has been in other facilities as well. We would highly recommend Forum if anybody ever needs loving caring light hearted people to help for recovery thank you everyone for what you have given us which again I cannot describe in words. sending everyone hugs and more hugs wishing everyone a happy new year because you have made it and happy new year for all of us truly Bahareh And By the way, the food at the Forum was so good that we would often ask for extra Caesar salad or wonderful soup to have while visiting my mom.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience touring with Delilah. Delilah is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive—she truly goes above and beyond to make families feel supported every step of the way. The Forum itself is a beautiful, well-maintained community with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of care. The staff are professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their residents. It’s clear that creating a safe, vibrant, and engaging environment for seniors is their top priority.

My Mother and I recently toured the Assisted Living Facility at The Forum in Cupertino. The tour was led by Delilah Gray, the Director of Community Relations. She arranged for my Mother to meet with the onsite nurse, the Head Chef, the Activities Director and a current resident. She even arranged for us to lunch at the facility to taste the food. Delilah spent nearly 4 hours providing a tour of the building and the various rooms that were available. We were extremely grateful for Delilah’s friendliness and professionalism. The Forum is a beautiful facility with exceptional staff. I would highly recommend it for any senior that is interested in moving there.

My husband and I enjoy living at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio. Each of us has found new friendships and great projects to which we can contribute. Recently, we participated in Earth Day and supported development of a Wishing Tree project where all residents and staff were invited to share their hopes for the future of the Forum in context of a healthy community and planet. These hopes and wishes inform actions and actions create possibilities. The grounds are beautiful. The homes are beautiful. The people are wonderful and the food is terrific. We are happy to call The Forum home and for all the possibilities here !
