Had Thanksgiving dinner with our mom this evening. The food was delicious. The memory ward dining room was perfectly decorated. Enjoyed our evening very much. Thank you Fountain Square!

We had a wonderful experience on our tour with Sarah at Fountain Square of Lompoc! She was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent care and service. It’s great to see the positive energy and improvements under the new management — the community looks fantastic and the atmosphere is so inviting. Highly recommend stopping by for a tour and meeting this amazing team!

This community is a treasure for Lompoc and the Residents who call it home. It is beautiful and the staff who care for those Residents are awesome and kind. Plus the weather, location and care options are just right.

This is an update to a recent review of the Fountain Square Facility in Lompoc, CA where my mom had resided for 1 month prior to moving her to another State to live near me. I would like to thank all of the staff at the facility for taking care of my 92 year old mother. In particular; Robin, Emely, Leslie, Sara, Sergio for making us feel special from day one. All were quick to assist in anything asked, especially caring and friendly, making us feel like family. While the food service, quality, variety IMHO could be improved, I brought it up to the management and again, they were quick to respond and look into the matter. We wish the best to all of the staff and will miss them.
