Terrible treated my loved one like a two year old. They made her sit by herself, yelled at her and times refused to feed her. There was no house keeping we had to do it for her. She even had to vacuum her own room. Staffing is the worst. Please choose a more loving place. This place isn't a home for our love ones it's just a job to the care givers. I personally seen things that should have not been allowed. Please choose a more loving home

My brother recently needed placement in a Memory Care unit following a sharp mental and physical decline over the summer. The family chose Fountainview - what a blessing it was to have chosen the perfect place for my brother's last day's. The staff was friendly, attentive, supportive and most importantly, kind. We were able to access the building at any time to spend as much time as possible. With the assistance of Wings of Hope Hospice, we were able to get my brother comfortable in Fountainview's calm setting before he passed. We will be forever grateful for the kindness we experienced. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

This use to be a very nice place to have your loved-one but the past couple years the memory-care unit has gone straight down hill. It lacks professional staffing, quality meals, enough stimulating activities and just is not clean. It is truly sad to see what it has become. I would not recommend.
