The people here are horrible. I came to make a delivery for them nobody wanted to hold the door until I already had it and while I was trying water just started pouring on me I'm brown the fact everyone in the room was white says allot to me.

Beautiful apartments! Nice location. Wonderful, alert, caring staff. Many activities. Excellent dining. A Must Check. They took very good care of my in-laws. I'd live there if I could.

Provides great service for the senior citizens who live there. Well-maintained and the food is very good. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Expensive initial buying for entry into the community but the buy-in is refundable to family when you move out. Social program can't be beat, my mom got greet tickets for Hamilton. Frequent on-site parties are always a big success. The social director is the best. Weekly maid service and shuttle service to local retailers. Also rides on-demand. Plenty of underground parking. Wide well lit hallways. Staff is always available to help. I have heard they were slow to refund deposit on move out, quality of care in nursing home unit is not as good, and you can't stay in the unit or use the restaurant unless you're with your parent even if the parent is in rehab. Non facility personal aides are not allowed. Food is kosher but not boring. My mom is very happy there.

I can tell first hand that the staff are very caring towards the residents, lovely place.
