My mom was there since 2019, just left in 2024. At first, fabulous. Way way downhill. There is no way to ever get in touch with a business office, or other than staff at your location. They now owe me the balance of the month (4000) and nobody will return my calls, and even the staff says they're not getting answers. They've hired caretakers who speak NO english... nice for a patient if they need something.... and now, because of that, there's almost no interaction with the patients. DON'T DO IT. They'll frustrate the heck outa ya. No business office!!!!! No communication. And the good employees ALWAYS leave.

My mom has been living at Fox Trail Memory Care Living on Central Ave in Ramsey since June of 2020. I am very impressed with how the homelike atmosphere creates a non-institutional feel. The physical set up of an open floor-plan encourages interaction among the residents and a sense of community. The staff are kind, dedicated and professional. I have confidence and peace of mind that my mom is well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility.
