I had a friend there, the food was Slope. I would not feed it to one of my animals. Also when I hugged her she smelled so bad. I know she had not had a shower in weeks, she was such a clean person before. Then covid came and I could not take her to lunch or for a ride. I need a pkace for my son but forget that place.

The facility has been undergoing significant improvements. It is clean, well-managed, and provides a good living environment for residents.

I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 29 years, I’m secretary of Prince William County Unity in the Community and belong to a few community building associations. I saw the assisted living facility built many years ago and asked if I could visit the residence and they encouraged it, we would do crafts once in a awhile. Fast forward the owner changed and it’s now Fox Trail, after the big COVID lockup I asked if I could come by and visit the residence now and then in the common area “sure but you must get a TB test”. I got the TB test and gave my contact info, 2 weeks later I was told that due to COVID they weren’t letting anyone in the facility - disappointing. So, when I see some of the residence out side I would say hello when I would go for my walks. One lady wanted to walk with me but I was told she could not - that’s fine, I understood. I got to know a few by name and we would talk briefly about the weather and I would move on. Yesterday as I was visiting, a nurse came out and said “You’re on private property and if you have don’t leave I’ll call the police.” Really? You could have been a bit more professional, pulled me aside and said “we don’t want you coming here any more” I would have been surprised but I don’t want to upset people. The residence that witnessed this were upset, I said to the employee “I’m a neighbor…” and she repeated again she would call the police if I didn’t leave. I only wanted to make the last years of peoples life’s happy, like we should all do. I tried to introduce myself a couple times to the administrator but she was always busy. She could have come anytime to talk with me - but never chose to. Not very neighborly or kind.

Avoid at all costs. My father stayed at this facility and the administration was rude and disrespectful. They have hung up on me and refused to put me in contact with the director or their superior. They are negligent and simply do not care about your needs. In addition the food is disgraceful and unhealthy. All around a catastrophe of a home that needs some major improvement in all areas.

This place is a disgrace calling itself an assisted living. The website makes it look great online but in reality it is a dump. The staff is less then willing to take care of the residents. The food choices are so bad I wouldn't feed a homeless person that food. The snack are a few sandwich cookies and saltine crackers. Nothing healthy. The room is always dirty, smelly and the trash is always full, I have to take it out. They do not assist in bathing or cleaning the residents and when ever we get there the staff is just sitting around not doing much. The residents are not well cared for and the place looks like a dump. I regret choosing this place.
