Fox Trail Senior Living at Stephens City

My mother was in Orange Va. Her community fees was $2500.00. I was told by a person dealing with DAP program that I was to only pay $300.00 of that and DAP would pay $2200.00 per phone call at Orange with director so I wrote check for monthly amount plus the $300.00. Now Fox Trail are trying to charge me for the money DAP is suppose to pay plus interest. I did what I was told. Furthermore my mother passed away on 10th of Dec and month was paid in full it seems they owe me money. What do they do keep money when your relatives pass?
