It has been really amazing to work with the staff at Foxtail. From my first exploratory visit to the final move-in details, everyone has been friendly, helpful and kind. I have put away many of the worries I had moving mom into assisted living. She is happier healthier and re-engaged in her life. I couldn't be more relieved. Thank you to Holly and the entire team for all the help!

My mom was here for 1.5 years before she completed her course with joy. Her dementia was diagnosed after my dad died and progressed rapidly over the course of 1.5 years. She was in assisted living and memory care at Foxtail. The staff was kind and professional. They always went out of their way to help or answer any questions. I even remember having a conversation with one staff member (sorry, I forgot her name) that this work was her mission in life and that she took so much satisfaction in her job that she would do it for free (kidding of course). When I got a call from hospice that my mom's time was never, I distinctly remember walking into her room and seeing the hospice nurse and a staff member just setting and holding my mom's hand. That meant so much to me that someone was with her until I could get there.

if i could give a review with zero stars, i would. the staff here are extremely unprofessional and will gossip about your loved ones or other coworkers in a fit of spite. the staff are severely overworked and underpaid for the amount of work they have to keep up with. its extremely overpriced for the lackluster quality of work produced. and, it’s more than likely that another resident will pick fights with your loved ones, since it’s impossible for 1-2 staff to keep a line of sight on 24+ residents at a time. if you’re in search for assisted living services, do your research and don’t bring your loved ones here.

My father has lived here for almost 4 years. He was the third resident to move in. He is 100 1/2 years old! The staff here is phenomenal. They are so attentive to every need and caring and friendly . He’s been through hip surgery and severe back problems while here and they take excellent care of him. My only complaint would be the food. 40% of the time it is below par which seems to be standard fare for all assisted living facilities. I’ve looked at other places and there is no where else that I would want him at, even though it is a 30 min drive to visit him daily, it is worth it to know he is in such a nice place.

The care team at Foxtails is amazing. My Mom was lucky to be able to live here for a short time. The staff made sure she felt safe and loved. When she passed, they were so compassionate to my family. I could not recommend them more. The facility is very new, rooms are very nice, some with nice patio access. The residents really love the 50s diner and seem to all really like it there. Sammy and her team are amazing!
