It was months ago I thought this place was a good choice. Tonight as I worry about my Father no one answers a phone at 9:30pm. They don’t communicate anything to our family and my father has really been depressed. They moved him today and no one cared to give a new number. We’re praying to move him out soon. No nurses stay either. It’s not a place I want my incredible Dad in and I don’t advice it. Its a sad place of many that just sleep

I’m so happy and relieved as I’m the only Daughter to my 86 year Father. He is in good hands and care finally. I love how they have treated him, they’re busy but, they’re the best staff and kind,.as he’s in rehabilitation. You all are appreciated for your hard work .

This facility should be absolutely ashamed of the service they provide. Patients in bed without being changed after 11am, Food quality that you would feed to a third world country, while every facility in this field is understaffed this place can definately do better.

My elderly father stayed here for rehab for six weeks and the experience was mixed at best. There are some very caring people here and the food is good but communication with family members is very poor, the condition of the facility is worn and scuffed (scraped walls, areas fixed with duct tape, etc) and my dad was very unhappy here. The dresser in his room was very old and scratched and missing knobs so that even a thrift store wouldn't take it in. Dirty laundry was often left on the floor when we visited and people were often just milling about with no particular structure. We soon figured out that he would do better elsewhere and moved him to a much better place ASAP.

Franciscan Gardens Assisted Living has been an answer to my prayers! After an extensive search, I found a home that meets my brother's needs. We were warmly welcomed by all of the staff. The speech and physical therapists reached out to work with him almost immediately. He's only lived here for over a month and has already been seen by an in-house podiatrist, dental hygienist, and eye doctor. It's a true blessing to have his spiritual needs met with Mass celebrated in their beautiful chapel every Sunday. The Gardens is just that, natural beauty out every window! I feel very fortunate to have discovered this gem where I am confident that my brother is cared for, safe, and respected.
