Friendly Best Care

I called Best of Friends late afternoon Friday before Memorial Day weekend for a caregiver for each of the following two days over the holiday weekend. I was amazed that they were able to find someone to provide care on such short notice! Best of Friends provided excellent service and I highly recommend them! My 92 year old father is bedridden and has extensive needs. The caregiver, Sharon, was terrific! She was full of energy and took the initiative to help him at every turn. Sharon was genuinely friendly, possessed a wonderful attitude and approach to her work, and dad really enjoyed her company. I'm so very thankful to her and Best of Friends and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future, as needed.

This service has been a godsend for our family. Our loved one is in in home hospice. With their help we have been able to handle the care needed.

I have found Best of Friends Home Care to be a listening, caring and giving team of managers and caregivers. The team is professional, reliable, flexible, and responsive. What I like most is the consistency of care the team provides through daily monitoring and communication between the team and the family. This provides a level of trust and understanding that my loved one's needs are a priority and that the team is striving to reach a high standard of care for my loved one. This to me is a best practice for elder care and I appreciate Best of Friends for adopting this approach. The service (and management) provided by Best of Friends is excellent. I would recommend Best of Friends to other families and, when the time comes, use their services and entrust my personal care to them.
