My mother's neglect the past year has been well documented, reported and yet has continued despite assurances of improvement. Here's the latest from a relative who visited today: "She has so many dirty clothes, it looks like they haven't been done in awhile. I was finding dirty clothes everywhere in closets where they just threw them in there. Got there at 2, she had her pajama bottoms on and a dirty shirt. She was soaked, they did not have chux in chair." Second chair ruined this year. She's moving to a nursing facility next week where we hope she'll actually receive the care she deserves.
