FRONTIDA ASSISTED LIVING OF KIMBERLY II

If you’re searching for memory care for someone you love, I know how overwhelming that process can be. After going through it ourselves, we couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Frontida of Kimberly. After nearly four years of caring for my mother full-time, I knew it was time to begin searching for a memory care facility that could better support her changing needs. I was extremely picky throughout this process, with my number one priority being to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents. We toured multiple facilities, and from the moment we visited Frontida, we loved it. It was incredibly uplifting to see how happy the residents were, and it was immediately clear that the staff truly loves what they do. The process of getting my mom into Frontida only further confirmed that we had chosen the right place. Jenna, the community relations director, was an absolute miracle. We faced a few major roadblocks on our end before moving my mom, and Jenna went above and beyond to help us in ways I could never have imagined. I truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did. My mom has now been at Frontida for a couple of months, and I’m happy to report that our initial impressions were completely accurate. I visit her very frequently and am consistently pleased with the care she receives. She is so, so happy and absolutely loves the staff. They are incredibly kind, and it’s obvious they pay very close attention to her needs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Frontida of Kimberly.

The staff are amazing. During COVID they have cared so deeply and well about families, and gone above and beyond to find ways for family to visit. Our family is so very thankful for this staff. They make healthy meals, do tons of fun things, communicate regularly and are always willing to help us connect with our mother.

My grandma is here. She has dementia. The staff is so friendly and helpful to her and my family. We really did some research before placing her here and am happy with how she is treated.

Frondita Kimberly has been a wonderful fit for my mother. The staff treats her with respect and love. We stop by unannounced all the time, and the staff is always nearby and involved. They are supportive of the entire family, not just the resident. We have been extremely pleased with the care and attention that our whole family receives at Frondita. Highly recommend.

Place was horrible. The staff dont care about the residents at all. They put on a show when family members are around. Dont put your loved ones here. Its not safe.
