Frontier St. Elias Evergreen

$350 of resident's clothing (new with tags) went missing between their passing and when I collected their belongings. Lisa the owner promised to reimburse the value of the items that I planned to return to the store, given they were still tagged. After ONE YEAR, Lisa has promised me at least twice that a reimbursement check would be issued, but nothing was ever sent. Multiple texts, phone calls, voicemails left with no response. Care seemed compassionate and appropriate, but I feel lied to by owner of this business.

This place is awful! Just called the place and the phone is auto no answer, doesn't work. Stay away and get your people out of there!!!

My both my parents were residents at Frontier Assisted Living, I was very pleased that they were taken very good care of by the friendly staff and are always happy with their care and meals. They do a great job with the weekly menus. The staff, caregivers and owners are very professional and knowledgeable about the needs of every resident and do what they can to accommodate special requests and needs which was very appreciative. I was very impressed that both facilities have remained COVID free! Keep up the great job of caring about your residents and staff!

My in-laws have been residents here for years, my father in-law until his passing of natural causes, and my mother in-law to the present. Their care has been top-notch and meets every professional standard (and beyond). The staff is caring and compassionate, putting the resident's welfare as the first priority. My mother in-law has established true friendships with her caregivers, based on trust and love. The atmosphere is one of energy and positivity.

I've been visiting Frontier Assisted Living for several years now. I have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facilities. I have participated in several activities with the residents and they have they have always been fun and engaging. The management and owners really care about the residents and it shows. Would 100% recommend them!
